How Do I Manage My Subscription?

You can manage your subscription directly from your Macha dashboard.

To access it:

• Go to Macha Dashboard > Settings > Subscriptions

• Click Manage Subscriptions

From the popup, you can:

• Pause or cancel your plan

• Resume a paused subscription

• Update payment methods

• View billing history and invoices

Note: The number of agent licenses cannot be changed. If you need to alter your billing, for team sizes larger than 50 agents, reach out to support@getmacha.com.
