Get started with Macha AI in just a few simple steps. This guide walks you through the installation and setup process so your agents can start using AI-powered replies right inside Zendesk.
Step 1: Install Macha AI from the Zendesk Marketplace

Click the Install button and follow the prompts to add the app to your Zendesk account.
Step 2: Open Any Ticket

Navigate to your Support dashboard and open any ticket.
Step 3: Launch the AI Widget

In the ticket editor, look for the ✨ AI icon in the toolbar.

Click it to open the Macha AI widget.
Step 4: Connect Your Account

Click the Create Account button on the widget.

Complete the OAuth authentication to authorize Macha AI for your Zendesk workspace.
