Before you can begin using Macha AI's features, it's essential to configure your language and translation preferences. This ensures the AI understands your preferred language and can assist with multilingual support.
Step-by-Step Setup

Open any Zendesk ticket.

Launch the Macha AI widget by clicking the ✨ AI icon in the ticket editor toolbar.

Click the gear icon (⚙️) at the top-right corner of the widget to open Settings.

Choose your primary language from the dropdown (e.g., English).

Toggle ON "Auto-translate ticket" if you support international customers.

Click Save to apply your settings.
What this does:

Incoming tickets in other languages will be automatically translated into your selected language.

Your responses will be translated back into the customer’s original language.
You only need to set this once, and it will apply across all tickets handled by Macha AI.
