Once Macha AI creates a response, you might want to tweak or improve parts of it. You can do this by simply typing your refinement instructions in the text box — Macha will regenerate a better version instantly.
✍️ Refine Manually with New Instructions

After the AI generates a response, type what you want changed in the textarea at the bottom.
Examples:-
Remove the last paragraph -
Mention the tracking number in the first paragraph -
Add a note about delays due to holidays

Click Create Answer again.

Macha will revise the response using your feedback, while keeping the original customer message and previous answers in context.
