Make sure itβs turned on in your Macha dashboard:
Dashboard β AI Assistant β Widget Features β Toggle ON "Use knowledge base to create AI answers"
Once enabled, Macha AI will automatically scan your knowledge sources to generate the best possible response.
β‘ How to Use Auto-Generate

Open any ticket in Zendesk.

Click the Macha AI widget (β¨AI icon).

Click "Create Answer" without entering any instruction.

Review the auto-generated response.

Paste or copy the answer as needed.
IMPORTANT: The quality of these responses depend on the quality of your knowledge base. It's important to always check if the answer created by AI is accurate.
This is ideal for common Level 1 queries where existing help content already covers the answer.
