Two Ways to Use an AI-Generated Response
Once the AI creates an answer, choose how to use it:
✅ Paste to Editor

Click Paste to Editor to insert the response directly into Zendesk’s reply box.

Important: This does not send the message — it just inserts it for review.

You can edit freely before hitting Send.
✅ Copy

Click Copy to grab the response text.

Paste it anywhere — in a different comment field, external system, or elsewhere in Zendesk.
