🌍 Step-by-Step Guide

View the Ticket in Your Language
If a ticket comes in a different language, just click the Translate button in the top-right corner of the Macha AI widget.
The ticket will appear in your selected language (configured in settings). -
Create a Response
Type your instruction in your preferred language.
Example:Yes, offer express shipping -
Automatic Response Translation
Macha AI will generate the full reply in the customer’s original language — no extra steps needed. -
Review & Send
You’ll also see the AI’s response in your language for clarity.
If everything looks good, click Paste to Editor and send.
⚙️ Required Setup
Ensure the following settings are enabled:
Open the Macha AI widget → Settings (⚙️):
Set your Primary Language (e.g., English)
Toggle ON Auto-translate Tickets
Once enabled, every multilingual conversation will be handled smoothly — from understanding the message to replying in the right language.
